SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'reportdb.profile_info_table' doesn't exist というエラーについて
PHPで実装しているプログラムを動かしているとき、SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'reportdb.profile_info_table' doesn't exist　というエラーが発生しました。

このエラーの原因を教えてください。

おそらくreportdb.profile_info_tableというテーブルがDB上に存在していないことが原因で、ご質問されているようなエラーが発生していると思われます。

今一度SQLクライアントツールなどを用いてreportdb.profile_info_tableがあるかどうか確認してみてください。

確認したところ、ご指摘の通り、reportdb.profile_info_tableがありませんでした。
reportdb.profile_info_tableを作成してから試したところ、問題なく処理されました。
